These terms apply to delivery partners ("Rider") who deliver orders for MultiMart, operated by MultiMart.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, provide true NID and contact details, and hold any licence required for your vehicle. You work as an independent partner and choose when to go online.

2. Conduct

Be polite and honest, handle food and parcels with care, follow traffic laws and never open or tamper with orders. Always ask the customer for the delivery code before marking an order delivered.

3. Location

While you are online the app shares your live location so orders can be assigned and customers can track delivery. Go offline to stop sharing.

4. Earnings and cash

You earn the share of the delivery charge shown in the app for each completed delivery. Cash collected from customers (cash on delivery) belongs to MultiMart and the sellers and must be handed over to the office promptly; it is deducted from your withdrawable balance until received.

5. Suspension

Fraud, keeping cash, fake deliveries, abusive behaviour or repeated complaints lead to immediate suspension and may be reported to the authorities.
