These terms apply to shops, restaurants and pharmacies ("Seller") selling on MultiMart, operated by MultiMart. They are in addition to the general Terms of service.

1. Eligibility

You must run a lawful business and provide true owner, shop and NID details. Restaurants must follow food-safety rules; pharmacies must hold a valid drug licence and supply prescription-only medicines only against a valid prescription.

2. Listings

You are responsible for your product names, prices, images, stock, halal/veg information and descriptions. Prices on MultiMart should not be higher than your in-shop prices without clearly stating it. Prohibited, counterfeit and illegal items are not allowed.

3. Orders

Confirm or reject new orders quickly, prepare them correctly and hygienically, and mark them ready on time. Repeated late, wrong or cancelled orders may lead to suspension.

4. Commission and payouts

MultiMart charges the commission shown in your seller panel on the item subtotal of delivered orders. Store coupons you create are paid by you. Your earnings are added to your wallet after delivery and can be withdrawn by request (minimum amount applies).

5. Customer data

Use customer information only to fulfil the order. Do not contact customers for other purposes or share their data.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or remove a seller for fraud, poor quality, customer complaints, or breach of these terms.
