These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MultiMart for the use of MultiMart (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy.

1. The Service

MultiMart is a marketplace. Independent sellers (restaurants, shops, pharmacies) list and sell their own products, and independent delivery partners deliver orders and parcels. MultiMart provides the platform, takes payments where applicable and supports customers, but the seller is responsible for the products it sells.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and true information.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password secret.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, fake orders or breach of these Terms.

3. Orders and prices

• Prices, availability and delivery times are set by sellers and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, together with the delivery charge shown.
• An order is a request to the seller; it is confirmed when the seller accepts it.
• Product images are for illustration. Weights and sizes of fresh items may vary slightly.
• Medicine: prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. The pharmacy may refuse or change an order that does not comply.
• Scheduled orders are delivered as close as possible to the chosen time slot.

4. Payment

• You can pay cash on delivery, by manual bKash/Nagad/Rocket Send Money, by online gateway or with wallet balance, as offered.
• For Send Money you must enter the correct transaction ID; orders with unverifiable payments may be cancelled.
• Coupons, wallet credit, loyalty points and referral bonuses have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may be withdrawn if obtained by misuse. Their rules may change.

5. Delivery

• Please be available at the address and phone number you give. For some orders you must share a 4-digit delivery code with the delivery partner.
• If we cannot reach you or you refuse a correctly prepared order, the order may be cancelled and you may be charged the delivery fee.

7. Parcel delivery

You must not send prohibited, illegal, dangerous or perishable items, cash, jewellery or documents of extraordinary value. You are responsible for correct packaging and receiver details. Our liability for a lost or damaged parcel is limited to the delivery charge paid unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no fake or prank orders, harassment of sellers or delivery partners, reverse-engineering, scraping, hacking attempts or use for anything illegal.

9. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is abusive, false or unlawful.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MultiMart is not liable for indirect losses, or for the quality, safety or legality of products supplied by sellers. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Important changes will be shown in the app. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
